We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as our next Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work side-by-side with our Director of Nursing to help lead the clinical operations of our facility.
You'll be a key player in:
Supporting and mentoring nursing staff
Promoting exceptional resident care and outcomes
Assisting with clinical compliance and regulatory readiness
Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
Monitoring quality measures and driving performance improvement
Assisting with infection prevention and clinical education initiatives
Participating in admissions, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Supporting staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations
Serving as a clinical resource and leader throughout the building
Helping create a positive, engaged, and team-focused culture

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and compassion
Experience with quality measures and survey preparedness
Infection prevention experience
Staff development and education experience
A passion for mentoring and growing future nurse leaders
