The Houseman is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all public areas while supporting the Housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are cleaned efficiently and meet IHG and Staybridge Suites brand standards. This position plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming extended-stay experience for every guest. Responsibilities are consistent with IHG housekeeping operations and public area standards.
