This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals who want to build a career in residential construction. You will start as a Laborer helping with all aspects of the job and, if you demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability, you will be trained and promoted into higher positions such as Carpenter, Lead Carpenter, or Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all phases of residential construction and remodeling (demo, framing, drywall, siding, roofing, clean-up, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow directions from the Foreman and work safely as part of a team
- Perform general labor duties to help keep projects moving forward
- Learn new skills on the job and take on more responsibility over time
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors sometimes in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate
- Local candidates preferred
