Soliant is partnering with a welcoming school district near Grand Junction, CO to bring on a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year.
Position Overview
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Onsite role within a collaborative school setting
- Caseload: K–12 students with a variety of communication needs
- Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Do
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success in the classroom
- Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning

Qualifications
