About You:
You’re not just a trainer—you’re a coach. You believe in structure, accountability, and results. You also know that fitness is a business, and you’re not afraid to talk numbers and close leads. If you’ve got the hustle and the heart, we’ve got the opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Training (70%)
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group personal training sessions using our proven strength training systems.
- Program effective, safe, and individualized training plans.
- Coach proper form, technique, and progression with confidence.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client care.
Sales (30%)
- Be in the field to actively close members.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through our consultation process.
- Conduct in-person assessments and pitch training packages.
- Hit monthly sales goals by turning interest into commitment.
- Build and maintain relationships that convert into long-term clients.
Requirements:
- Personal Training Certification or willing to be certified by our program
- 1+ years of experience in personal training or sales (preferably both)
- Confident on the gym floor AND in a sales conversation
- Comfortable using social media for client engagement and lead generation
- Must be coachable, communicative, and hungry to grow
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Background in strength training (not bootcamps or HIIT)
- Sales training or CRM software experience

Compensation:
Hourly rate + large commission on memberships sold
