Responsibilities
- Diagnose appliance issues using technical schematics, electrical knowledge, and mechanical skills to identify root causes.
- Repair and replace components on various household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens.
- Follow detailed repair procedures and schematics to ensure accurate diagnostics and effective repairs.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and repairs performed for each customer.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles with a focus on residential systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with refrigeration, HVAC systems, plumbing, and equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics and use ladder diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and safety equipment to perform repairs efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
- Knowledge of field service protocols including assembly, equipment repair, and troubleshooting HVAC or refrigeration units is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
