Professional Pool Solutions is seeking a reliable Pool Service Technician to clean, maintain, and repair residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. This role involves route-based field work, water testing and chemical balancing, basic equipment repairs, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive a company truck to residential and commercial pool locations on a daily route.
-Clean pools and spas: skim debris, brush walls and tile, and vacuum as needed.
-Empty pump and skimmer baskets and clean/backwash filters per schedule.
-Test and record water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, salt, etc.).
-Add and adjust chemicals to maintain safe and clear water, following safety guidelines.
-Inspect and report issues with pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, valves, and automation.
-Document services performed using company forms or apps and communicate needed repairs to the office.
-Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer basic pool care questions.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work truck and adhere to all safety procedures.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior pool service or mechanical/maintenance experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in heat, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently on a route.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
Full-time, typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season.
Weekly pay, with bonuses available for exceptional work and performance.
Company truck provided for work use and to drive home; possible work phone depending on role and performance.
All tools, equipment, and training provided by Professional Pool Solutions.

Pay: $15.50 - $22.00 per hour
