Our campus sits on 22-acres and is not only the largest physical Porsche dealership in North America, but also the largest volume Porsche dealer year after year. SUMMARY
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free. This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert, who, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work on a consistent basis.

Position
Our receptionists are the first point of contact for the dealership. The ideal candidate should be pleasant, have a happy disposition and professional demeanor. Maintain an outstanding phone etiquette with proficiency while operating a multi-Line phone system. Must be self-motivated and a team player. All candidates must have a valid drivers license, speak English fluently and have a stable work history, preferably within the Automobile industry arena.
Your Day-to-Day
- Communicating with our callers and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Greets our showroom guests and directs them accordingly. Notifies the appropriate person that their client is waiting, and able to introduce the client to our salesperson.
- Answers basic inquiries, routes our incoming calls to appropriate person, taking messages and directing guests to correct buildings.
- Assisting as needed in our Café, making coffee and cleaning after a guest has left.
- Must represent both the Champion and Porsche brands in a positive and respectful manner at all times.
This full time receptionist position requires availability on weekends. Our typical work day is 8 hours, Sundays noon till 5pm.
