Hampton Inn is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused General Manager to oversee all hotel operations and lead our team to continued success. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and exceptional customer service
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns or issues
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and help drive revenue growth
- Maintain Hampton Inn brand standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Handle scheduling, staffing, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous hotel management or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Customer-service driven with a professional and positive attitude
- Experience with hotel systems and operations is a plus
