Legacy Marketing works directly with AT&T to bring wireless service to the people who need it, and we're looking for an AT&T Wireless Associate to be the face of that partnership. This is a role built around conversations that help customers choose the right plan, understand a new device, or finally get their household's connectivity sorted out.
You'll train directly on AT&T's current lineup of plans, devices, and promotions, then put that knowledge to work in person: asking the right questions, cutting through the jargon, and helping customers land on a decision they feel good about. It's hands-on work that sharpens your sales and communication skills fast, with AT&T's name and training behind you the whole way.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Associate:
- Represent AT&T professionally during customer interactions.
- Assist customers in selecting wireless products and services based on their needs.
- Guide customers through account setup, upgrades, and activation while ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Stay informed on AT&T products, promotions, and industry trends to confidently answer customer questions.
- Maintain a professional, energetic attitude while creating a positive customer experience.
Qualifications of the AT&T Wireless Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sportsmanship, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
- Reliable, coachable, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for helping customers find wireless solutions that fit their needs.
