As a Dietary employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and nutrition for our residents. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, service, and cleaning of meals and snacks for residents
- Maintain accurate records of meal service and resident preferences
- Participate in the planning and preparation of special events and functions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years of experience in food service or healthcare environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices
