ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring TWO Administrative & Client Coordinators to join our Eatontown, NJ office. This is primarily an administrative role with a client-facing component. We are looking for sharp, organized professionals who can keep our office running smoothly, support our leadership team, and serve as a point of contact for our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage day-to-day office administration: scheduling, correspondence, filing, record-keeping, and data entry
- Support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, documents, and client-facing materials using Microsoft Office
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients — fielding inquiries and keeping them informed
- Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse/operations teams
- Use SPS Commerce to manage EDI and data workflows on behalf of clients
- Coordinate across internal platforms to track orders and communicate status
- Handle all business and client information with strict confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven administrative experience — scheduling, data entry, documentation, office coordination (required)
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency — Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams (required)
- SPS Commerce experience or equivalent EDI solution (e.g., TrueCommerce, Orderful, CommerceHub) — preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working across office and warehouse/operations environments
- Proven discretion with confidential business and client information
A PLUS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in clothing, apparel, or fashion retail (store ops, buying, wholesale, or brand accounts)
- Background in customer service or client relationship management
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
