General Maintenance Technician
Our client is a family-owned commercial general contractor that's been serving Central Florida since 1972. They've built a solid reputation by doing quality work, treating customers right, and keeping costs competitive. Their team handles a variety of commercial maintenance and construction services, including building maintenance, electrical work, painting, carpentry, plumbing, pressure washing, and general contracting. They work with many well-known commercial clients, including several of the region's largest financial institutions.
They're looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join their team out of their Seminole County office. If you're someone who likes working with your hands, enjoys variety in your day, and wants an opportunity to grow with a stable company, this could be a great fit.
Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience:
- Must work weekends
- Experience with general handyman or maintenance work
- Basic skills in carpentry, drywall, framing, painting, concrete, and general building repairs
- Electrical and plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Company vehicle is provided
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
