We are expanding in the Dothan market and looking for a driven Sales Representative with a background in construction sales to join our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insulation Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Dothan area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where your effort directly impacts your earnings.
Responsibilities
- Manage leads in residential and commercial construction markets
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Conduct site visits, assess insulation needs, and prepare detailed estimates
- Present and sell insulation services tailored to client needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and sales reports
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in construction or building materials sales (insulation preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial construction processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand scopes of work is a plus
