Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Follow individualized care plans and monitor client health
- Provide medication reminders and support
- Offer companionship and emotional encouragement
- Ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers
- Assist with meal prep and nutritional support
- Document care accurately and report changes to the office
- Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff

Position Details:
- Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour
- Expected Hours: 12-30 per week

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver a plus
- Dementia experience a plus
- Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility
- Reliable, compassionate, and communicative
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a bonus
