Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options, coverage details, and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client accounts.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Assist in sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies for lead generation.
- Knowledge of insurance sales processes and products is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
