Job Summary:
We are looking for a Job Foreman with a solid background in construction to lead our on-site crews. This is a hands-on role requiring both supervision and active participation in daily construction tasks. Experience in timber framing or green building is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Install and Production Managers to schedule and plan projects
- Lead job site layout and installation for timber framing, ICLT, and conventional framing
- Coordinate use of on-site equipment such as cranes and tele-handlers
- Supervise and work alongside crew members on all aspects of the build
- Communicate with homeowners and general contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain a safe and compliant job site at all times
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of supervisory experience in construction
- Minimum of 5 years overall construction experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with timber framing and/or sustainable building techniques is a plus
