POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager leads DecisionHR's internal marketing function, overseeing brand management, digital presence, email marketing, social media, sales enablement, event support, and cross-departmental communications. This is the company's primary marketing leadership role, responsible for translating the VP of Products and Services' strategic vision into a coordinated marketing operation that supports business growth, client retention, and organizational communication.
The Marketing Manager directly supervises the Marketing Specialist and serves as the central point of contact for all marketing-related needs across Sales, HR, Benefits, Client Experience, Operations, Facilities, and Fulfillment. This role requires a hands-on generalist marketer who is equally comfortable developing a brand campaign, writing and publishing a blog post, building and sending an email campaign in Brevo, ordering supplies for a sales event, and briefing an ad vendor - all in the same week. Creativity, organization, and cross-functional partnership are the hallmarks of success in this position.
