American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 14-week contract requiring ARRT licensure, Epic EHR proficiency, and experience with call coverage including weekends.

Cardiac Cath Lab setting in an acute care hospital environment

Level 1 trauma experience preferred

Shift schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
-
Call requirements include 1 late call per week (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM), 1 full call shift per week (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM), and 1–2 call weekends per 6-week schedule (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM)

Epic EHR and McKesson experience required

Experience with Philips Single and Bi-Plane Angiography preferred

Active KY ARRT license required before start date; pending license acceptable at time of consideration

Current BLS and ACLS required

PALS required before start date (not required at time of consideration)

NIHSS certification required

EKG onboarding exam required

Epic EHR and McKesson proficiency required

Level 1 trauma experience preferred

2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years required for consideration

All certifications must be provided for consideration

License required if applicable — candidates must have a clean licensure history with no hits

Candidates whose permanent residence is within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position

Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler

All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission; RTO requests made after submission will not be approved
