Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Aesthetic Laser Provider to join our innovative med spa team. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic laser treatments and other non-invasive procedures that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. As a senior team member, you will also provide expert guidance, ensure the highest standards of safety and sanitation, and foster exceptional client experiences. Your expertise in aesthetic treatments combined with your passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals will make a significant impact in our vibrant, client-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic laser treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction with precision and care.
- Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections to help clients achieve their desired aesthetic results.
- Conduct complementary procedures such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and deep tissue massage to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly communicating treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff, adhering to all health regulations.
- Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa management software like; handle retail sales and product demos confidently.
- Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in esthetic laser technology and cosmetic procedures.
- Mentor junior staff members on treatment techniques, client communication, and safety procedures to foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty or medical spa industry with a strong background in esthetic laser treatments and injection administration.
- Licensed nursing or cosmetology certification with additional training in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols essential for clinical environments.
- Experience managing social media accounts or engaging with clients through social media management tools is a plus.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and uphold high standards of service excellence.
- Passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic treatments like eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, tattooing, or barbering is desirable.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
