Customer Service Representative
Location: Lexington, KY
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
Job Overview
Pieratt’s Inc. is seeking responsible and customer-focused individuals to join our Service Center as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone with prior customer service experience who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding service and repair inquiries
- Receive and process customer items for service and repair
- Assist with coordinating daily schedules for service technicians
- Interact with customers professionally in person, by phone, email, and chat
- Operate and balance a cash drawer accurately
- Perform computer operations in multiple systems and data entry
- Listen patiently and respond to customer needs with courtesy and professionalism
- Be able to function in a high paced environment and multi-task.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to interact comfortably with customers in a pleasant and courteous manner
- Professional and polite telephone voice
- Prior experience in a customer service-related role preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance habits
- Motivated to deliver high-quality results
- Clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment
- In-person position (not remote)
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Lexington, KY 40517
