Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Monitor and report changes in patients' condition, including neurological and muscular status

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies

Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times
Supplemental pay types:
- Sign On Bonus ($5,000 to $7,500)

2nd Shift : 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required

Experience with Mechanical Lifts or a willingness to learn how to use

Prior experience working with neuromuscular patients preferred

Knowledge of neuromuscular disorders and related care techniques preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
