PharmPro is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in GRAND PRAIRE TX 75050 a Long Term Care pharmacy.
- {2} Shifts : 3:30p-12am and 11pm- 7am
- License Requirement: Texas State Board Pharmacist License
- Skills Required: Ability to multi-tasking & work in a fast paced environment, Front end & Backend Pharmacist Verification, Self directed to locate & process orders, IV certified, Excellent IT troubleshooting skills

Job Duties:
- Accept and dispense prescription medications.
- Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns.
- Ensuring that the supply of medicines is within the law.
- Ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable.
- Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files.
- Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients' questions.
- Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications for storage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Compound medications for external or internal use.
- Prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures.
Contract to Hire
Pay: $61.00 - $65.00 per hour
