The Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing Department with marketing-related activities, including social media content support, event promotion, and community outreach, while gaining hands-on experience in venue marketing and operations.

Tasks

Assist with reviewing upcoming events and programming to support marketing content planning

Assist with creating and scheduling content for venue social media platforms
- Capture photos and short-form video content during events, as applicable
- Support promotional campaigns for upcoming events, shows, and community programming
- Distribute event flyers and promotional materials to a pre-approved list of local businesses and community locations
- Assist with organizing and preparing promotional materials and campaign concepts
- Assist with identifying target audiences and appropriate promotional channels for marketing initiatives
- Assist with tracking and reviewing marketing data and basic campaign performance metrics
- Develop a marketing strategy and promotional plan for an assigned public event project, including target audience identification and promotional channel selection
Minimum Qualifications

High school or college student pursuing or interested in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field

Must possess a valid driver’s license
