Concrete Finisher

We're looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher who takes pride in quality work, shows up ready to work, and wants to be part of a crew that values professionalism, teamwork, and doing things the right way.
Responsibilities
- Finish residential concrete including driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, aprons, and steps.
- Screed, bull float, edge, joint, broom finish, and machine trowel concrete.
- Set and strip forms.
- Install reinforcement and vapor barriers.
- Operate and work around construction equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Work closely with the Crew Leader to complete projects safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Experience finishing residential concrete.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
