Dunwell Catering is hiring an experienced hand-stretch pizza maker for the upcoming catering season throughout South Florida.
We work with 12-inch dough and cook in gas and wood-fired ovens with a 90-second bake time. This is fast-paced, high-volume work for someone who already knows their way around live-fire ovens.
Responsibilities:
- Hand-stretch and prepare 12-inch pizzas to order at live events
- Operate gas and wood-fired ovens safely and efficiently
- Keep pace during high-volume events without sacrificing quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station
We're looking for a professional restaurant mentality, not a pizza shop attitude. Someone who takes pride in consistency, speed, and presentation. Reliable transportation is required to get to event locations.
Pay: $25 per hour for well-experienced staff.

Experience:
- hand-stretched dough or wood-fired oven: 1 year (Preferred)
- high-volume catering or banquet events: 1 year (Preferred)
- Professional Pizza making: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
