Growing Centerville, Ohio company is seeking a Toolmaker/Machinist. Metalcut Tool Services, Inc. has been a leader in repairing damaged carbide insert tooling for over 38 years. We've recently expanded our product line to offer newly manufactured tools, carbide boring bars and carbide inserts.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience preferred.
- TIG weld experience helpful
- Prototrak experience helpful.
- Manual milling and experience with set-ups and fixturing.
Tasks:
- Breakdown tools for weld prep
- Fixture & Set-Up mill for repair
- Mill insert pockets using various cutting tools
- Use tool print specifications to hold tolerance +/- .002
- Inspection
- Maintain Reports for ISO standards
We are seeking a self-starter who enjoys a challenge and will be collaborate with team members on projects. 1ST SHIFT! Salary commensurate with experience.
