Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, developing care plans, and conducting routine assessments
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to healthcare team members and medical professionals
Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
