What You'll DoCorporate IT Support
- Deliver high-quality onsite technical support.
- Resolve complex user and workstation issues.
- Configure and deploy corporate devices.
- Manage user access and permissions.
- Support executive users with discretion.
Enterprise Operations
- Maintain office IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network and connectivity.
- Coordinate hardware deployments and replacements.
- Work with global IT teams on daily operations.
- Escalate and track technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT standards.
Governance & Best Practices
- Follow documented IT procedures.
- Maintain accurate technical records.
- Support security and access control policies.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
