The Opportunity
The Davani Group is seeking a High-Value Market Conversion Partner based in California to execute and convert ultra-luxury residential and hospitality opportunities across the San Francisco Bay Area and Lake Tahoe markets.
This is a commission-only, execution-focused role built for professionals who understand California’s high-end residential landscape — sophisticated clients, long design cycles, multiple decision-makers, and zero tolerance for missed follow-up.
You will not be cold prospecting. Your role is to advance, manage, and convert leadership-initiated opportunities with discipline, responsiveness, and polish.

What You’ll Do
As the California Conversion Partner, you will own execution on high-value residential and hospitality opportunities throughout the state’s most competitive markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Advancing qualified ultra-luxury residential and hospitality opportunities through disciplined follow-up and execution
- Managing proposals, revisions, and deal momentum through close
- Maintaining accurate CRM (HubSpot) records and real-time pipeline visibility
- Coordinating internally to ensure a seamless client experience
- Supporting luxury showroom representation and design-studio alignment in the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe
- Identifying and cultivating elite affiliate relationships, including high-end real estate agents active in California’s ultra-luxury residential market
Your focus is simple: keep deals moving and get them closed.
What This Role Is Not
This role does not include:
- Cold outreach or mass prospecting
- Project management or construction oversight
- Relationship origination owned by leadership
This role exists to convert qualified opportunities into outcomes, not to hunt for leads or run projects.
Compensation
- 100% commission-only (no base salary, no draw)
- Elevated commission percentages reflecting zero fixed overhead
- Commission earned based on execution ownership, not relationship origination
- Opportunities are CEO-initiated or CEO-approved
- Additional upside through:
- High-value market execution
- Affiliate referral participation (elite real estate agents)
- Strategic showroom and brand representation initiatives
Uncapped earning potential for top performers.
Performance Expectations
- Demonstrated pipeline progression within the first 90 days
- Consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and CRM discipline
- Execution aligned with Davani’s ultra-luxury brand standards
Failure to advance qualified opportunities without valid project-related reasons may result in termination of the partnership.
Who You Are
- Based in California, with strong presence in the SF Bay Area and/or Lake Tahoe
- Proven experience closing high-value or complex deals (luxury construction, design, real estate, or related fields)
- Highly organized, responsive, and execution-driven
- Comfortable operating in a commission-only, performance-based role
- Polished, credible, and client-facing
- CRM-proficient and detail-oriented
