Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, HealthCare Administration, or related field.

Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.

Project Management certification preferred.
Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

10 – 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, program management, or a related field, preferably in a health care environment.

Experience working in dynamic, entrepreneurial, ambiguous settings – proven systems-based, analytical thinker with demonstrated success designing, developing and implementing new structures/systems to reduce ambiguity.

Deep understanding of group insurance dynamics, self-funded market, ASO contracts, distribution channels and benefit design, Medicare/Medicaid products, bid-process, sales/marketing strategy.

Familiarity with broker/GA distribution and employer group onboarding.

Proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple large (company/divisional) projects.

Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple priorities/deadlines.

Ability to manage in a matrix environment, without direct management control, by influencing and persuading.

Experience managing people and processes; strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery of change.

Healthcare or Product Experience across range of products and segments.

Experience with/knowledge of: Finance, Actuarial, or Underwriting.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audience.

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).

Competence/knowledge of reporting tools / programming languages (SAS, R, Python).

Reporting Tooling (Power BI, Tableau).
