Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to work within a skilled nursing facility, assisting with resident care and rehabilitation services.
Role Overview:

Follow established care plans created by the supervising therapist

Deliver therapeutic activities focused on movement, stability, and functional tasks

Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate updates

Support residents during exercises and daily movement activities

Maintain clear, compliant documentation
Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
