You'll connect people who've experienced personal injuries, pharmaceutical harm, or defective product issues with the right law firms. This isn't just any call center; the people you'll speak with truly need and appreciate your assistance.
What You'll Do:
As a Legal Case Consultant, you're the first point of contact for those seeking legal help. You'll need to be:
- Empathetic & Professional: Make callers feel valued and understood.
- Accurate & Efficient: Gather info to connect them with the best legal representation.
- Persistent & Confident: Help qualified clients sign retainers with our partner law firms.
- Handle a mix of 50% inbound and 50% outbound calls.
What We're Looking For:
We need individuals with a "Can Do; Will Do; Get Things Done" attitude!
Skills You'll Need:
- Excellent Communication: Active listening, clear speaking, and strong typing/grammar.
- Customer Focus: Patience, professionalism, and the ability to connect with diverse people.
- Problem-Solving: Multitasking, using multiple software programs, and handling varied assignments.
- Sales Acumen: Confidence, persistence, and subtle salesmanship to secure legal representation.
Experience & Education:
- Call/Contact Center experience preferred.
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Must pass a background check.
- Flexibility for a 24/7 call center environment.
- Quick learner, able to pass our certification of excellence assessment.
