Morning Caregiver for a Quadriplegic in Rapid City
Looking for a caregiver to assist a young adult male quadriplegic get ready for his day.
In need of someone to cover the A.M. shift 4 to 5 mornings a week. It would be a set schedule
Shift times available are:
5 am to 9 am
Willing to be flexible with finish times to fit your schedule.
Pay D.O.E. starts @ $18.00 an hour and up.
This is a hands-on personal care position in a private home. Training will be provided for the specific routine, equipment, and care needs.
No experience with CNA or Spinal Cord Injury is necessary.
The work consists of:
- Bowel and bladder management
- Showering assistance
- Personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Stretch/range of motion
- Transferring to wheelchair
- Occasional transportation assistance
The most important quality is RELIABILITY
