We are actively seeking a Contract Recruiter with experience in the following disciplines: engineering, construction, finance, manufacturing and IT. This role is primarily remote, with hands-on training onsite for those located in the Corridor area to set you up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and internal team members to understand evolving hiring needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of skill sets and experience levels
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management
- Adapt recruiting strategies quickly based on client feedback, hiring urgency, and changing business priorities
- Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process with transparency and care
- Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity within ATS and internal systems
- Collaborate with teammates to share market insights, candidate intelligence, and best practices

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with engineering, construction, finance, manufacturing and IT recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on business needs and market conditions
- Excellent communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
Location & Work Model
- Remote-first role
- Onsite training available and encouraged for candidates located in the Corridor area (to support ramp-up, collaboration, and connection)
- Ongoing remote flexibility after training period
