Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines consultative sales, client relationship management, and business development within the healthcare and insurance industry. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving sales goals while delivering outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead generation, and outreach efforts.
- Educate clients on available healthcare and insurance products and services.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through enrollment and ongoing account management.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer support and service.
- Track sales activity, pipeline performance, and client interactions within CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, medical sales, or financial services preferred.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
