East Hill Weekday is seeking energetic, Christ-centered individuals to join our Before & After School Program. Our program serves elementary and middle school students by providing a safe, engaging, and caring environment before and after the school day. More than just childcare, our mission is to build relationships with students and faithfully point them to the hope of the Gospel.
Position Overview
The Group Leader is responsible for the safety, supervision, and engagement of an assigned group of students each afternoon. Group Leaders create a positive, welcoming atmosphere, lead games and activities, assist with homework as needed, and encourage students through consistent, Christ-like leadership.
This role requires strong communication skills, a servant's heart, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families. Group Leaders also partner with program administration to address student behavior, ensure smooth daily operations, and help create an environment where every child feels known, loved, and cared for.

- Have a heart for serving children and sharing the love of Christ.
- Demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and strong leadership skills.
- Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Are energetic, dependable, and able to create a fun, safe environment for students.
Schedule
Before School: Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM - 9:00 AM
After School: Monday-Friday, 2:15 PM - 6:00 PM
