Job Description
CNC Setup:
Diamond Casting & Machine Company is a leading supplier of quality castings dating back to 1955. Today, Diamond Casting produces superior die castings, permanent mold castings and other machined products including explosion proof, pressure tight, finned heat sinks, and very low porosity products.

Responsibilities include:
· Use of CNC milling and turning centers
· Manual Milling and Turning machine operation
· Tuning and modification of existing CNC production programs
· Programming with Fanuc and Haas Controls
· Inspection of parts with tight tolerances
· Design print reading skills required.
· Basic geometry and math skills required.
· Use of power tools for drilling, grinding, and assembly of jigs or fixtures.
Qualifications:
-Experience with CNC milling and truning equipment
-Experience selecting tooling and planning production machining operations
-Detail-oriented and operates well in fast-paced job
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Energetic and positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to lift no more than 50lbs as needed repeatedly throughout the workday
-Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the 10hr workday
The position offers a competitive base salary with growth potential commensurate with performance.
