We’re looking for a motivated *Sales Representative* to join our team and drive growth in the commercial lighting market.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with contractors, distributors, facility managers, architects, and end-users in commercial/industrial sectors.
- Present and demonstrate Auroion LED’s product line (high bays, linear fixtures, outdoor lights, controls, emergency lighting, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on LED lighting technology, energy rebates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the internal team on marketing and customer support.
- Attend trade shows or client site visits as needed.
Experience:
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (lighting, electrical, construction, or building products preferred).
- Self-motivated with strong closing skills and a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Knowledge of LED lighting, energy efficiency, or the electrical industry is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
