As a vital clinical leader, the RN Registered Nurse will oversee the following:
Clinical Oversight: Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments and individualized care plans.
Treatment Management: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while coordinating with the pharmacy for refills.
Collaboration: Work alongside physicians, therapists, and families to ensure high-quality, holistic care as an RN Registered Nurse.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain nursing excellence on your unit.
Quality Care: Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
License: Active and current RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
Clinical Skills: Strong judgment, critical thinking, and proficiency with EHR systems.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively lead a diverse clinical team.
