About the Role
Join a small, engineering-driven team designing insulated panel systems for walk-in coolers/freezers, pharmaceutical clean rooms, and environmental test chambers.
As a Junior Engineer, you will turn concepts into production-ready designs and see your work move from CAD to the factory floor.
You will collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to develop manufacturable, high-quality solutions for foam panel structures, floors, doors, and ramps.

· Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for new and existing products.
· Design components including insulated foam panels, structural systems, floors, doors, and ramps.
· Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
· Work with manufacturing to ensure designs are efficient, buildable, and cost-effective.
· Support design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
· Assist with thermal and structural considerations in designs.
· Participate in prototype builds and validation testing on the shop floor.
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
· 0–3 years of experience in design or manufacturing; internships and co-ops are welcome.
· Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
