We’ve closed our latest funding round and are looking for a Founding Engineer to join the team. You'll have a direct impact on technology that powers high-visibility campaigns, drives millions of dollars in value, and shapes the future of the fan experience.
What you'll do
- Ship product as an individual contributor — this is primarily a hands-on engineering role
- Own technical architecture decisions and drive them from design through production
- Work directly with the CTO and clients to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Grow and lead a small engineering team as we scale

What we're looking for
- 5+ years of full-stack experience across our stack; backend-leaning preferred
- Strong ownership mindset — you take problems end-to-end without being told
- Self-sufficient in a remote startup environment with US or equivalent timezone availability
- Clear communicator who can act as a thought partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable re-prioritizing fast when the business needs change
- Passion or genuine curiosity about the music industry or creator economy is a big plus
