Job Title: CMA/RMA
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CMA or RMA to join our thriving OBGYN practice located in the Raleigh area. This role requires someone who is flexible and willing to float between our Cary and Raleigh locations as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care by rooming patients efficiently and conducting thorough history intake.
- Measure and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation of all pertinent information.
- Assist with triage operations, promptly addressing patient questions and concerns.
- Administer injections as required, in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the medical team and assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to best practices for patient safety and hygiene.
- Utilize Athena EMR software for effective patient data management—experience with this system is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Valid MA, CMA, or RMA certification is required, along with relevant OBGYN experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing clinical tasks independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to foster a supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Athena, is a plus.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
