Introduction
If you’re the kind of person who naturally steps up to lead a team, keeps the energy positive, and makes sure every guest leaves smiling, you’ll thrive as a Shift Lead at Bambinelli’s. You love connecting with people, adapting quickly when the pressure is on, and helping your teammates shine. You’re intuitive. You can walk a floor and instantly spot what needs attention. You’re driven by recognition and enjoy being at the center of a well-run shift. If you want a role where your ability to organize, motivate, and guide others truly matters, this is where you belong.
The Role
As a FOH Shift Lead, you’ll oversee the guest experience from start to finish. You’ll support servers, hosts, and to-go staff, ensuring every table is taken care of, every guest feels welcomed, and standards never slip. You’ll help set the tone for hospitality, coach teammates during busy moments, problem-solve guest concerns with empathy, and keep communication flowing. You’ll monitor pacing, cleanliness, and consistency across the dining room - stepping in where needed to keep service crisp and coordinated. This role is built for someone who thrives on multitasking, loves people, and enjoys being the go-to person everyone trusts.
