Position Summary
The Weekend Membership Concierge is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming first impression for guests while supporting membership growth and member retention. This position works primarily on weekends to help capture missed opportunities from walk-in traffic, provide facility tours, explain membership options, assist with membership on-boarding, and help current members with basic membership needs.
This role combines hospitality, sales support, on-boarding, and member service. The goal is to make sure every guest and member who enters Republic Gun Club is welcomed, informed, and guided to the right next step.
Experience
- Previous hotel or resort front desk experience preferred, with a focus on guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or guest services is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and front desk procedures essential for professional communication
- Familiarity with resort amenities or hospitality software systems is advantageous
