Join Our Production Team as a Manufacturing Assembler!
We're seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our Production team. In this role, you'll build complex products from start to finish, following schematics, drawings, and work instructions with precision. If you have some electrical/mechanical know-how and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Review and retrieve inventory parts using schematics, drawings, or work instructions
- Perform simple to complex assembly operations
- Test and inspect products to ensure specifications are met
- Report deficiencies to your Department Lead
- Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance
- Use small hand tools, including cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
- Use basic judgment to identify quality discrepancies and communicate them
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Attend required training and department meetings
What You Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow work instructions to fully assemble complex products
- Basic knowledge of low-voltage electrical wiring preferred (reading drawings/wiring schematics)
- Comfort using small hand tools
- High manual dexterity for repetitive tasks
- Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control procedures
- Ability to read diagrams and grasp basic electrical/mechanical concepts
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
