About the Role
As a Precision Machining Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production facility by operating advanced machinery to create high-quality components. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC setup and G-Code programming to ensure our manufacturing processes remain efficient, accurate, and productive.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise machining operations by setting up and adjusting lathes, mills, and other equipment to meet strict engineering tolerances.

Drive continuous improvement by utilizing the 5 Why methodology to resolve production bottlenecks and enhance operational workflows.

Ensure product excellence by performing rigorous quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools.

Assemble and align complex mechanical components, verifying clearances and lubrication to maintain peak equipment performance.

Maintain detailed records and interpret Bills of Material to ensure consistent output and adherence to standard work procedures.

Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize machine cycle times.

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.

Proficiency in G-Code programming and CNC machine setup.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.

2+ years of experience in CNC machining or complex mechanical assembly.

Advanced ability to interpret technical blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Strong mathematical skills for calculating offsets and verifying dimensions.

Experience with continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume production setting.
