Wingate Management Company is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. We're looking for someone who is professional, customer-focused, and enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. This position is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility on the workdays for the right candidate.
What You'll Bring
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) and comfortable assisting walk-in visitors, answering phones, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, along with office equipment including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately, maintain organized files, and manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive, dependable, self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team while delivering exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; office or administrative experience preferred.

Generate new leases and secure renewals Demonstrate technical selling skills to close each sale and obtain the required deposit(s) Ensure resident applications, background checks, deposits and lease paperwork is completed in accordance with all legal requirements and company policies Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold-calling, email and networking Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospective activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activity within their assigned properties Respond to internet leads and appointment requests Generate traffic through company supported advertisements, internet sites, and participation in multiple listing services (MLS) within budget guidelines Provide exceptional customer relationships throughout the lease term to ensure the maximum number of lease renewals Preview property tour paths, models and ready units prior to appointments Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers Assist in gathering and compiling current market and economic information and prepare competitive market analyses and trends as necessary Answer prospective, resident, and customer inquiries which may include questions about the community, the company, lease details, and amenities; take prompt action to solve/address issues and/or submit resident service requests if needed Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary
