About the Role
We’re looking for a Home Buying Specialist to serve as the primary contact for sellers in Indianapolis, IN. This is a relationship-first role where you’ll listen to sellers’ situations, explain our process, and guide them through a smoother, faster way to sell their home. You’ll be the face of the company when homeowners reach out looking to sell their homes fast. Grandview generates all qualified leads for you, using a multimillion-dollar advertising budget.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted, empathetic point of contact for sellers -virtually and in-person
- Conduct property walkthroughs and assess condition/repair needs
- Educate sellers on the benefits of a cash, as-is sale
- Build custom offers and walk sellers through our streamlined process
- Manage deals from first contact to close in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Keep detailed CRM records and maintain high conversion performance against provided high quality lead volume
- Work closely with our support team to keep the process smooth and fast
- Hit monthly acquisition goals while keeping trust and respect front and center
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of real estate experience (realtor, acquisitions, wholesaling, investor-friendly agent, mortgage professional, or REI background)
- Experience working high-potential interest leads in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with residential rehab or repair cost estimation
- Comfortable walking homes and interacting with sellers from diverse backgrounds
- Clear communication style with a natural ability to build trust and comfort
- Local knowledge of assigned markets and neighborhoods
- CRM experience + strong follow-up habits
- A passion for solving problems and helping people
