We are seeking a creative, caring, and dedicated educator to join our General Studies Program as a 3rd Grade Lead Teacher. We are looking for a skilled professional with effective classroom management and strong teaching skills to guide, inspire, and foster academic and personal growth in young learners.

Instruction & Lesson Planning: Design, plan, and deliver engaging, standardsaligned lessons across core subjects (Reading/Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science). Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Environment: Establish a structured, positive, and safe classroom culture centered on respect, active learning, and character building. Maintain effective classroom management routines.

Assessment & Growth: Assess student progress using formative and summative evaluations. Use data to tailor lessons, guide instruction, and celebrate student achievements.

Communication & Professionalism: Maintain regular, transparent communication with parents regarding academic progress, behavior, and socialemotional development. Act in a professional manner and adhere to staff handbook mandates (including attendance and dress code).

Professional Collaboration: Work closely with gradelevel peers, specialty teachers, and school leadership. Participate in staff trainings and attend weekly meetings with the principal.

Additional Duties: Complete daily administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, grading, and other duties as assigned by school administration.

Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field a plus. Certifications are a plus, but candidate experience will be considered.

Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
